Treat every member with the same respect you expect from others. A friendly and welcoming environment is our top priority.

• No Advertising

Advertising other communities, groups, or services is not allowed. Let’s keep the focus on our shared passion for flying.

• Prohibited Content

Any illegal content or adult material is strictly forbidden.

• Website Username

You are required to enter your First and Last Name

• Valid Email Address

You must provide a valid email address when registering.

• Data Storage & Privacy

VAC stores your First and Last name, email address, Country of residence, Closest airport and IVAO VID. If you wish to have your personal information deleted, please submit a request through a Discord support ticket.

Discord Rules

• Discord Username Format

Your name on Discord can be any of the following.
First name - Callsign.
First name - IVAO VID.
First name.
If we have two people with the same first name, you may be asked to include the first letter of your second name PaulA for example.

• Roles

Self-assigned roles have additional steps you must complete, these can be found in the welcome channel pinned post. These must be completed before you gain full access.
 

• Voice Settings

Press-to-talk is the preferred method, however, voice activation is acceptable as long as it does not annoy members. If it does, you will find yourself in a press-to-talk group so you are forced to either use it or leave Discord.

• Voice Activation

If you do use voice activation then you are required to set the press to mute so when you talk to ATC or Pilots, we do not hear it; it gets annoying. And again, if we have to keep telling you to do this we will put you in the press to talk user group.

Pilot Rules

• Flight Requirement

Pilots are required to fly a minimum of 1 hour per calendar month; if you fail to do this, you will be classed as on leave, after a further month your will be removed.

• First 30 days

New pilots are required to complete at least one flight within the first 30 days of registering.
